Utilisation of INTERPROJECT as a comprehensive solution for office integration and planning
The Mplus Management GmbH is an internationally active company in the fields of safety and health protection coordination, safety-related support, health protection, fire prevention and further / advanced training.
In close coordination with the client, ZPP planned and built the IT infrastructure and has been managing it since then. In addition to the purchase and installation of the server, network, computer infrastructure and associated peripherals, Mplus was also provided with a custom-made INTERPROJECT solution.
The standard applications such as e-mail, address book and calendar are extended by further fully integrated modules. For example, the project handling is carried out as a whole, from acquisition, contract conclusion, planning and administration of personnel deployment, invoicing up to other quality assurance measures such as the registration of the customer feedback with the help of INTERPROJECT.
The executing employees of Mplus are always provided with the latest information and tools for the project implementation through specialist databases in the Mobile Office, which is also provided.
Further modules, starting with the holiday planning and extending to tracking of the advanced training status of employees, automatically illustrate quality assurance processes. The possibility to generate reports and evaluations from all INTERPROJECT modules provides the management steadily with an up-to-date view of current corporate key figures.
The provision of hardware and software is supplemented by regular employee trainings and QM meetings, in which the use and potential optimisation flow into the continuous improvement of our INTERPROJECT solution.
