Structural planning for the new building of an office and administration building

NEC Corporation is an international electronics company. The German branch is located in Düsseldorf in a nine-storey office and administration building with a two-storey underground car park.

The new building has been executed using a reinforced concrete skeletal structure and in-situ concrete flat slabs above the underground car park as well as using semi-precast slabs and semi-precast beams in the office area.

The commissioned service included the specialist planning in section 1 - structural planning for the service phases 5 (execution planning) according to HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers) for the 25 m euro project. Furthermore, during quote processing work has been done on the temporary pit support system and earthworks optimising.
