Structural verification for the maintenance of the bridge

The bridge Maerkische Street over the BAB 46 had to be maintained. Therefore, essentially, the caps were replaced by new constructions, the existing, transitional constructions and the chamber walls were replaced and the handrails and sealings were renewed.

SOCOTEC Ingenieure processed the structural verification of the approval and execution documents, as well as for the construction shifts.

Furthermore, SOCOTEC Ingenieure undertook an examination and evaluation of a damage on the clamping chucks of the transverse prestressing of the bridge, which was created over the course of the demolition measures. The redevelopment planning for this damage was also processed by SOCOTEC Ingenieure.
