New day care centre in the eastern quarter of Essen

Construction commencement of the day care centres at the Lysegang and at the Elisenstraße

With the support of the Land North Rhine-Westphalia, two new day care centres in the eastern quarter of Essen, by order of the City of Essen.

On the property at the Lysegang, a day care centre with an integrated family centre is being constructed. Starting from spring 2019, it is supposed to be ready for occupation for the care of six day care centre groups with a total of 120 children. In immediate proximity, at the Elisenstraße, a second, two-storey new construction is being created. Here, in the future, approximately 70 to 85 children in three curative education-based and three integrative groups are given a room.

The planning for both measures are finished for the most part and behind the site fence, first construction tasks for the erection of the new buildings are already visible.

ZPP has been commissioned for both projects with the structural planning and the services pertaining to the thermal building physics, for the architectural acoustics including noise pollution prevention and room acoustics.
